Job Description
Responsibilities
- To oversee warehouse/store inventory management
- To provide administrative support for daily warehouse operations
- Preparation of documents such as Delivery Order, Packing List and other shipping documents
- To handle inbound and outbound inventory
- To work closely with the warehouse/logistics on delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery
- To update inventory listing periodically
- To perform on-site delivery of parts during emergency
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum high school/post-secondary education
- Some work experience in heavy equipment or construction industry would be a plus
- A team-player and able to work well independently with minimal supervision
- Some basic literacy skills with software like Microsoft and/or windows applications
- Some SAP B1 experience or operating similar ERP software exp...
