Warehouse Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor, based in Makati. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage shipping and receiving activities, ensure accurate inventory control, and coordinate material handling processes. Additional responsibilities include overseeing staff schedules, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring timely deliveries and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience in team leadership and staff coordination
• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling processes
• Knowledge of Inventory Control and efficient stock management practices
• Experience in Forklift Operation and associated certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of industry-standard safety procedures and compliance requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
