Warehouse Superintendent

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Manage the warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling- Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and standards- Create and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stored and accounted for- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that warehouse activities align with overall business objectives- Conduct regular audits to ensure that all equipment and machinery are functioning properly- Manage the budget for the warehouse department and provide regular reports to management
