About the job

We Are Looking For a hands-on and people-focused Operations Manager who leads the daily operations of our Madrid distribution center. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient and customer-focused operation while developing a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

THIS ROLE INCLUDES DIRECT LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT OF A TEAM OF APPROXIMATELY 30 EMPLOYEES ACROSS OPERATIONS.
