The Role
We are seeking to recruit Warehouse Officers to be based in Meru depot.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure proper warehouse and stock management. This includes receiving and dispatching stock, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating stock takes, overseeing warehouse organization, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Organise and coordinate monthly stock takes and report on variances.
Ensure accurate stocks through proper maintenance of stock records (manual and Zoho system).
Arrange stores in line with FIFO standards and ensure safe stacking to avoid losses.
Receive goods, conduct physical checks against delivery notes, and prepare GRNs.
Dispatch goods according to pick lists and packing lists while ensuring timely delivery.
