Warehouse Maintenance & Project Coordinator – Leicester (LE19)

Ideal Recruit is looking for a motivated and organised Warehouse Maintenance & Project Coordinator to join a busy warehouse in Leicester (LE19).

What you'll do:

Coordinate warehouse maintenance and equipment servicing.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors.
Support warehouse improvement projects.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
Help maintain a safe, organised workplace using 5S principles.
Requirements:

Good communication skills.
Confident using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas are an advantage).
Organised, patient and eager to learn.
Previous warehouse or maintenance experience is beneficial but not essential.
Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 16:30
Starting rate: £13.00 per hour (up to £14.00 per hour after probation, based on performance).
⏰ Flexibility for occasional overtime and weekend work is required.
