Warehouse Group Lead - Day Shift

Description:

The Warehouse Group Lead contributes to the success of the distribution center operations by assisting the Warehouse Manager in leading personnel and ensuring the efficient movement of product throughout the facility. This position monitors accurate and efficient practices while following SOPs and safety guidelines.
Day Shift – 12-hour per day, rotating schedule (6:00am-6:30pm) 3 days on week 1 and 4 days on week 2 of pay cycle (Requires every other weekend)

Essential Functions:

+ Plans, leads, and executes the handling, receiving, shipping, transporting, stacking, order filling and maintaining of records.
+ Maintain inventory integrity through proactive monitoring, cycle count execution, discrepancy resolution, and adherence to established inventory control practices.
+ Takes responsibility for the assigned area(s) and leads the warehouse operation(s), while being an active hands-on member of the team.
