- Assist to oversee warehouse physical operations and system functions effectively.
- Constantly monitor and update latest customer requirements in line with Company ISO.
- Be responsible to support day‑to‑day operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties.
- Plan and coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely operations (shipments clearance and delivery) execution.
- Conduct Tool Box Meeting (TBM) before shift starts. Highlight important and latest information, goals and safety measurements to all staff.
- Ensure staff is trained and deployed accordingly to their respective departments and maximizing their full potential to produce quality workforce.
- Oversee warehouse operations are executed in a timely, quality and safely manner.
