Warehouse & Customer Accounts Lead – Fast, Collaborative

Rhenus Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to manage key customer accounts, coordinate inbound/outbound orders, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance. You will liaise with warehouse, operations, and transport teams to deliver efficient service.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing/forwarding operations and strong customer service, with experience in WMS and MS Excel. NZ-based position with a focus on accuracy and proactive communication.
