Warehouse Coordinator (Afternoon Shift)

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in managing various tasks associated with afternoon operations. This position supports multiple in‑building functions, including Dispatch, Delivery Change Request, COD, and internal delivery (same building).

• Afternoon cycle Sort and Load: Coordinate and manage the sorting and loading processes.
• Damage Inspection: Inspect, repack, and follow up on in‑building damages. At times, onsite inspections might be required.
• In‑building Pickups and Deliveries: Handle internal customers pickups and deliveries (same building).
• Night Dispatch: Manage night dispatch, Delivery Change Request, self‑lodge, and sorting the undeliverable packages.
• Shuttle Support: Ensure the afternoon and evening export shuttles are timely, and no volume is left behind.
