Job Description
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Good communication skills and computer literate.
- With at least 6 months of general office experience, advantage if with experience in warehousing or production
- Must be residing or near in Pasig vicinity
- Willing to be assigned in Market Avenue (former M. Suarez Ave.) near Pasig Palengke
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
- Prepare and file delivery notes, invoices, and inventory reports.
- Update warehouse management systems or ERP with stock data.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock verification, and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to immediate head.
- Communicate discrepancies, damaged goods, or delays to relevant warehouse operations.
