**Job Description**

The Picker and Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Works closely with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and a positive customer experience through precise and timely order fulfillment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on customer orders and packing lists.
+ Verify item numbers, quantities, custom information, and order specifications before packaging.
+ Pack orders securely and efficiently to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
+ Perform quality checks on products and completed orders prior to shipment.
