Job Description
Purpose Of The Role
The incumbent will be assisting the Leaders in the day to day operation task and to specifically ensure the smooth and efficient running of Return section, encompassing the company quality policies, relevant ISO, GMP, GDP, GCP, GDPMD, clients’ and customers’ requirements, and regulatory requirements in Zuellig Pharma Malaysia.
What You’ll Do
- Listen to superior and follow instructions carefully. To carry out tasks in accordance to SOPs. To support superior and accept additional responsibilities in a positive manner
- To carry out checking of Return stock, discrepancy to take photo, conduct physical verification versus supplier document and ensure return stock stored at designated area.
- To prepare Returned Quality Checklist, Return Summary List, RCN based to physical stock receive. Any discrepancy to issue Product Deviation Notice and update Leader / Immediate Superior
