Warehouse Assistant Manager - Mandarin Speaker

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Warehouse Operations Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations and new warehouse setup. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in a fast-growing To-C business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
• Support the setup and operational readiness of new warehouses, including SOP alignment and on-site coordination.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Service, HQ teams) to ensure smooth workflow and effective business communication.
• Monitor inventory turnover and fulfillment efficiency, and support continuous process improvement.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with internal standards and local regulations.
