**WAREHOUSE AND SPARE PARTS ANALYST**
Manage and properly control the Parts Warehouse(s), 3PL Service Providers, Parts Logistics, Service Max, Preventative Maintenance Program, Quality and Special Projects, as well as provide support in the purchase of spare parts from SIG Intercompany.
The first contact with the customer all interactions related to shipments of parts.
**Key job functions**
- Responsible for 3PL Warehouse Services with receiving inventory/returns filling customer orders, inventory management/replenishment of stock, maintaining all records and files (Import, customs, duties, etc.) Works with set routines for support of the SIG Parts Warehouse(s) (PWH) through the 3PL.
- Record all purchase orders in the SAP System of the order received by the customer.
Identify orders that require special handling, such as emergency orders or large shipments.
