Warehouse and Laboratory Officer

Job Description

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Warehouse/Laboratory Officer plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of raw materials, premix, and additives within the plant. This position supports site quality, laboratory, warehouse, and stock control processes to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations aligned with Ridley’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

• Comply with all WHS/OHS legislation, policies, and procedures
• Identify and report hazards, incidents, and near misses, ensuring timely resolution
• Follow all safety protocols including Lock Out procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment and demonstrate care for people, product, and property

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Support FeedSafe®, HACCP, and site quality systems and accreditations
