Distribution Center Manager
This is a hands-on, full-ownership warehouse leadership role responsible for:
- End-to-end DC operations: inbound, outbound, inventory, and facility management
- Operational performance: hitting strict SLAs (e.g., same-day ship , 48-hour transfer processing )
- Cost & efficiency optimization: continuous improvement mindset tied to budgets and KPIs
- Compliance: strong emphasis on GDP + food safety (FSQA) standards
