This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse service caring for both elective and acute neurosurgical patients, delivering high-quality care within one of the UK's leading neuroscience centres.

As Ward Manager, you will provide visible clinical and operational leadership to a skilled multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred care. The ward manages a wide range of neurosurgical conditions, including cranial and spinal surgery pathways, emergency admissions and complex specialist care.
