Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Waiter/Waitress to join our F&B team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

• Greet guests and take orders.
• Check for food allergies and verify age restrictions for alcohol orders.
• Explain the food menus and offer food substitutes if necessary.
• Relay accurate food orders to the chefs.
• Ensure that service is reliable, fast, and of high quality.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five‑star hotels.
• Presentable, highly dedicated, and a great team player with a passion for quality service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on‑call.
