Responsibilities

• Greet customers, hand out menus, and take meal and beverage orders.
• Communicate orders efficiently to the kitchen.
• Offer menu recommendations and specials, memorise the menu to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.
• Confirm food items match the orders and deliver them to the correct table.
• Deliver meals and beverages to tables when prepared.
• Check that customers are satisfied, address any concerns, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
