Job Description

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
• Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations if needed
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after each service
• Handle customer requests and complaints politely and professionally
• Process bills and payments using POS systems or cash handling
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
• Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress (preferred but not required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
