Waiter

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers, ensuring a welcoming dining experience.
• Take food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure customers' needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
• Clear and clean tables, reset them for new guests.
• Handle payment transactions and provide change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
