Overview

Primary location: Oulu, Tuira Hesburger. We are seeking a Shift Manager for a permanent position with 90 hours/3 weeks. Start date: 1.9.2026 or as agreed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the restaurant in a fast-paced environment and support the development of supervisory experience through practical work.
• Ensure smooth shift execution, work distribution, scheduling, and customer service quality; support and motivate the team to succeed.
• Work actively on-site and develop both personal and team skills as part of a large, supportive team.
• Remain actively involved in ordinary tasks; maintain the Upsell and efficiency of restaurant routines.
• Operate according to Hesburger concept knowledge and prior team-leadership experience.
• Shift work fits your schedule and you can work within the opening hours of the Tuira Hesburger.
