We are seeking a Journeyman Financial Expert/Transport Economist with immediate availability to support the VTMS Feasibility Study for the Philippine Department of Transportation and the Philippine Coast Guard. This multidisciplinary and multinational project will develop a roadmap for a modern, integrated VTMS for the Philippines to enhance maritime safety, navigation efficiency, environmental protection, and maritime domain awareness in line with IMO and IALA standards.
