In this role, you will oversee a team of ~35 scientists, guide innovative translational approaches, and ensure alignment between scientific initiatives and company strategy. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Pharmacokinetics, extensive experience in translational science, and the ability to effectively communicate with executive and regulatory stakeholders.
