Define and set up job flows in Control‑M across multi‑platform systems (Mainframe, AS/400, Unix, Windows). Check daily job schedule and liaise with vendors on incidents and problems related to Control‑M. Liaise with teams on batch job set‑up requirements and work with business units on authorized ad‑hoc requests. Assist in troubleshooting problems related to Control‑M upon escalation. Provide support to ensure quality and stable environment for clients. Create support documentation to reduce meantime to resolve issues. Provide flexibility and availability for production support during early morning, late evening, night hours and weekends. Lead and manage OJS teams across IH2 and Singapore, ensuring effective delivery of enterprise‑wide batch scheduling services. Serve as the subject‑matter expert for Control‑M the bank’s enterprise batch scheduling platform. Manage staff‑related maintenance, roster, and handle special project related requirements.
