VP, Retail Product Governance and Process

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP, Retail Product Governance and Process.

• Implement, maintain and continuously improve assigned Retail Product processes and their interactions with adjacent processes
• Define/design processes, including mapping links, dependencies, controls and hand-offs across teams
• Assess end-to-end (upstream/downstream) impacts of process changes to meet local/Group regulatory and business requirements
• Ensure regulatory changes (local and global) are interpreted correctly and embedded into WPB Retail Product processes in consultation with stakeholders and risk stewards
• Maintain the central process depository for Retail Products, ensuring version control, approvals, and a clear audit trail
• Drive process improvements based on identified risks, control gaps, client impact and operational opportunities
