Job Description
Job Purpose
- Main objective of the role is to build and enhance the personal loans product to provide seamless experience to our customers. Identify opportunities within the portfolio as well as acquisition to create a sustainable personal loans business.
- Regular tracking and monitoring of the different segments of customer base for profitability and health of the portfolio
- Work continuously on improving product propositions and processes
- Build and implement different acquisition strategies with specific targeting to various customer segments
- Facilitate various campaigns to drive loan growth maintaining required product margins
- Regular benchmarking of competition and identify best practices across the world
- Continuously provide analysis of product and portfolio performance and recommend areas of improvement.
