Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Workplace Strategy leader to serve as a senior-level consultant for the firm’s National Office Tenant Representation platform. This role is the critical link between a client’s business objectives and their physical real estate footprint—integrating design thinking, change management, and data-driven insights to help clients move beyond simple real estate transactions and create high-performing work environments. 

As the Subject Matter Expert for workplace strategy, you will partner closely with brokers across the country to provide a competitive advantage in pursuits and client engagements by offering a deeper, consultative approach. You will be comfortable in client-facing environments, articulating the value of the workplace, translating organizational culture into space requirements, building business cases, and ensuring clients feel confident and supported through relocation or renovation decisions.
