Job Description
We are looking for a VP Of Customer Success to lead the post-sales experience for a growing B2B SaaS platform in the proptech space. You will combine strategic customer leadership with hands-on ownership of onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion for mid-market and enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full post-sales customer lifecycle across onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Manage and coach a small Customer Success team while staying close to key customer relationships.
- Own strategic relationships with enterprise customers, key accounts, partners, executive sponsors, and daily stakeholders.
- Build structured onboarding and implementation processes for larger and more complex customers.
- Coordinate workflow mapping, platform configuration, data setup, training, launch planning, and ongoing adoption.
