VP of Customer Success: AI-Driven Growth (Colombia)

Lone Wolf Technologies is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success in Colombia. This executive leader will be responsible for transforming the Customer Success organization to enhance customer value, retention, and growth. The adecuado candidate has a strong SaaS background and a proven track record in building scalable Customer Success teams.

This role includes designing and implementing a segmented Customer Success model and evaluating customer engagement strategies. The compensation is $220,000 - $260,000 annually.
