Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Account Management and Customer Success teams to drive platform penetration and client longevity
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and cross-sell initiatives
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and proactively resolve issues
- Act as a liaison between internal brands to align goals and develop client engagement campaigns
