VP of Card Issuing & Growth (P&L Leader)

James Douglas Middle East is seeking a commercially driven VP of Issuing in the UAE to own the card issuing business, driving interchange revenue, fraud control and overall portfolio performance.

You will manage principal-level scheme relationships, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and scale BIN sponsorship with fintech partners while ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting to executive leadership.
