Lead MakePay engineering through the next stage of scale.
This role sets engineering direction for MakePay's payment platform, technical architecture, hiring, delivery quality, and reliability. You will balance hands‑on technical judgment with leadership across a growing engineering organization.
- Create a technical roadmap that supports product growth, reliability, and regional hiring.
- Improve engineering execution across frontend, backend, Web3, plugins, and DevOps.
- Build the habits, standards, and architecture needed for merchant‑grade payment software.
- Lead engineering strategy, architecture decisions, hiring plans, technical reviews, and delivery quality.
- Guide senior engineers across payment services, dashboard work, Web3 infrastructure, and commerce integrations.
- Create operating rhythms for planning, release readiness, incident review, and engineering standards.
