VP, Emiratization Strategy & Nafis Programs

Aldar Properties PJSC is seeking a UAE National to lead the Emiratization strategies within the organization. The ideal candidate will manage the Nafis program, monitor progress, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve Emiratization objectives.

Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years in HR/Emiratization programs, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. A bachelor’s degree in business administration is required along with relevant HR certifications. Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
