VP, APAC Customer Experience & Quality

Dormont Manufacturing Co in Singapore seeks a VP to shape the APAC customer experience and quality strategy across manufacturing and supplier quality. You will partner with regional and global stakeholders to elevate customer satisfaction, governance, and sustainable growth in a complex marketscape.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, and align CX and quality initiatives with engineering, supply chain, and commercial functions.
