Responsibilities

1. Reporting &
Performance Insights

• Prepare
  weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards for sales,
  training, and operations.
• Ensure data accuracy
  and provide clear insights to support management
  decision‑making.

2.
Data Management &
Analysis

• Collect and clean data from
  CRM/SFA systems, Excel trackers, and survey
  forms.
• Identify errors or gaps, and perform
  trend and variance analysis to highlight performance issues and
  opportunities.

3.
Planning, Forecasting & Business
Reviews

• Assist in preparing forecasts,
  budgets, and business assumptions (seasonality, campaigns, training
  schedules).
• Support monthly/quarterly business
  reviews by preparing decks, charts, summaries, and follow‑up action
  trackers.

4.
Project & Stakeholder
