Job Description
We’re hiring a VoIP Executive who’s hands‑on, technically strong, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
If you have experience working with VoIP systems and enjoy solving technical issues, this might be a good fit for you.
What you’ll be working on:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Asterisk-based systems
- Working with platforms like GoAutoDial, Vicidial, Vicibox, and FreePBX
- Troubleshooting VoIP systems and ensuring smooth performance
- Managing Linux servers and command‑line operations
- Working with SIP, RTP, QoS, and VoIP codecs
What we’re looking for:
- Around 6+ months of hands‑on experience in VoIP/Asterisk environments
- Good understanding of VoIP architecture and troubleshooting
- Comfortable working with Linux systems
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently
