Job Description
The Voice & Network Engineer III provides senior-level technical leadership and support for TD SYNNEX’s enterprise voice and data environments. This role owns advanced troubleshooting, system configuration, vendor coordination, and project delivery across telephony (VoIP, SIP, PBX, Asterisk) and network infrastructure (switching, routing, QoS).
Networking expectations include OSPF (or equivalent dynamic routing) along with full switch configuration and wireless familiarity. Cloud calling administration across Webex and Teams is core to the role. Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing platform experience is optional but valued.
The position serves as an escalation point, mentor, and technical lead within the team, partnering with carriers and vendors to deliver projects across multiple regions, including LATAM. Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus for cross-region coverage.
