Position Summary
The Voice Client Engagement Agent is responsible for engaging prospective clients through outbound telephone outreach, handling transfers from AI-powered voice agents, qualifying prospects, answering questions, and scheduling appointments for Entrepreneur's Source coaches. This role combines voice communication with LinkedIn outreach and appointment generation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls using the company's Convoso dialing platform.
- Contact prospective clients from resumes, surveys, AI-generated leads, referrals, and other lead sources.
- Receive and manage live transfers from AI Voice Agents.
- Answer prospect questions and build rapport while qualifying interest.
- Schedule Initial Consultation (IC) appointments for TES coaches.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to support outreach efforts and engage prospects through InMail when appropriate.
