Vocational Instructor - Trades Sampler - On-Call

Salary range: $71,846 to $115,129 with normal starting salary between $78,872 and $85,897 annually, dependent on relevant education and experience.

Given the on‑call nature of the position, schedule and frequency of instruction may vary. Programs are typically ten to twelve weeks in length, however, length of appointment would depend on the type of coverage required. Incumbent would be instructing a class of high school students in a variety of different trades. Typical instructional week is Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day and would not exceed 30 hours. The program may be taught on the Kelowna, Penticton, Vernon, Salmon Arm, or high school location within the Okanagan.
