About the Role
We are looking for a skilled VMware Administrator (L2) to manage, maintain, and optimize the virtualization environment. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the virtual infrastructure. You will provide L2 technical support and troubleshooting for VMware infrastructure — including ESXi, v Center, virtual machines, Veeam/Commvault Backup, HCI, and SAN/NAS Storage.
Key Responsibilities
Virtualization Infrastructure
•         Provide L2 technical support for VMware infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
•         Monitor and respond to alerts and notifications from VMware monitoring tools
•         Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching and upgrading VMware software
