A VMEC Sub-System Lead Engineer (SSLE) develops some of General Motor’s most advanced and exciting mobility features. This dynamic role supports innovative technology development applicable to aspects of autonomous, electric, and traditional internal combustion applications in the Vehicle Motion Supervision product in Chassis Controls team.
The Sub-System Lead Engineer (SSLE) is a highly skilled individual contributor recognized for their expertise across the entire vehicle development lifecycle. This role encompasses responsibilities such as requirements definition, design and implementation, testing, and problem resolution. Proficiency in agile methodologies, systems engineering, requirements management, and embedded controls development and calibration is highly desirable.
