The Visual Merchandiser Assistant responsibilities will include conducting daily shop visits and workshopping stores to provide an excellent in‑store experience, installation of window and in‑store visual merchandising standards for seasonal campaigns, weekly rotations and promotions, working with the National VM manager to ensure the global brand image is maintained, conducting VM training, driving area sales to meet targets, and assisting stores to implement VM directive per individual store specification.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store.
• Ensuring the strategy is in line with the store’s brand, products, and target market.
• Generating sketches of visual displays that meet the store’s visual design requirements.
