Visual Information Specialist (Graphic Artist)

Summary This position is located in the Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) Fleet Readiness (N94) Regional Marketing Department. Working under the general supervision of the Supervisory Advertising & Marketing Specialist, incumbent designs advertising creatives for a fast-paced, comprehensive graphics program that produces print and digital materials required to promote facilities, programs and events. Responsibilities MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Designs and produces finished graphic products to promote all aspects of FFR operations, activities, events, and facilities from verbal or written communications, or sketches. Develops and implements creative designs for production using PC platforms, and the most current version of graphic arts software (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and hardware (scanners, large and small format printers, and networking systems and server).
