Job Description
- Design, deploy, and manage VDI environments including Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop), Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and NetScaler
- Drive workspace strategy using automation and AI tools (Power Automate, Copilot)
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align technology with business needs
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Windows 365 (Cloud PC) and Azure VDI solutions
- Automate processes using Power Automate and RPA tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve L1–L3 issues with root cause analysis
- Support day-to-day operations and Citrix infrastructure (24/7)
- Evaluate new technologies and maintain documentation
- Work independently on projects and support cross-functional teams
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD)
- Experience with Azure, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop
