The Virtually Integrated Care (VIC) Critical Care Nurse, Medical ICU (MICU) works as the catalyst for patient centered care by leading a well-coordinated care team. The VIC RN is at the center of innovation and a transformational, evidence based practice care model. The experienced RN in this role will anticipate and direct the care of the patient through evaluating health promotion, risk reduction and clinical decision-making. The Nurse assumes accountability for client care outcomes through the assimilation and application of evidence based practice to design, implement, and evaluate client plans of care in a virtual environment setting.
