About the Role
This is not your typical CSR job. You'll be working directly with US clients managing their Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com properties handling everything from guest experience to listing performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end guest communications inquiries, check-ins, issues, and follow-ups
- Coordinating vendors cleaners, maintenance, and service providers between stays
- Handling guest reviews and disputes professionally and promptly
- Creating and optimizing listings to maximize visibility and bookings
