Village Sales Leader: End-to-End Senior Living

Summerset Kelvin Grove is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the end-to-end sales journey for prospective residents and their families, driving sales and settlements with integrity and care.

You will work with the Group Sales Manager, village leadership, and onsite teams to develop sales plans, build strong community ties, and represent Summerset in the wider community. The role emphasizes ethical sales, CRM proficiency, and ageing empathy, with a 5‑day week including one weekend day.
