Village Property Manager - Lead Maintenance & Compliance

Summerset is seeking a Property Manager for our Milldale village. You will lead a small team responsible for ongoing compliance and maintenance of village property, grounds, and assets.

This role focuses on keeping residents happy and ensuring high standards of care across the village. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate refurbishments, and plan asset improvements while fostering strong relationships with residents and village teams.
